Return policy

In the event that the product ordered is damaged by transport, defective or if you wish to exchange it for another product of the same value or more, please contact me at jclemay@jclemayphoto.com indicating your order, as well as the query. We will try to find a solution together.

No product in good condition can be refunded, but exchanges for products of the same value or more are possible and will be treated on a case-by-case basis. For damaged items, please provide photos of the damaged item and the broken packaging in your email and retain until otherwise instructed.
